Through our client portal, we let board members and shareholders access their property information safely and securely. Renters and owners can streamline electronic payments or order repairs, while board members have access to Veriplus – our online center for documents, minutes, and other board business.
We also offer owners, board members, and renters Veritas Vert, our green approach to building paperwork. Owners can opt-out of paper delivery and review maintenance statements online. They can also obtain building documents, financials, and application 
packages digitally.
